It gets cold in the Mediterranean sometimes too. I've been there in winter and it's freezing in Provence.
So I think bread baking is the thing to do because even in a warm climate, you have a need for bread. Bread is everywhere.
So I'm making fougasse, which is a leaf-shaped bread from Provence, a lot like focaccia, and it's got olives in it and rosemary, so sunshiny flavors inside.
So, two and a half cups of flour.
