The initial nadu needs to have her feet flat to the floor tucked up under her ass....so she needs to be barefoot, not wearing shoes.
And the male should know this but clearly he doesn't or isn't fussy...in which case he isn't really imposing his will on her and the whole point is lost.
I can think of a male not very far from me that would be very unhappy if a girl knelt like that.
She does what she is told of course so the fault isn't hers.
